The attention to detail provided by Jodie. She worked with me on a menu, met with me to discuss the details and adjusted portions as needed. She was truly delightful in every way!

Ellery was AWESOME! I mean A W E S O M E !!! She is so upbeat, yet calm and conveys a “can do” attitude. In the morning, I mentioned that I wished I would have ordered iced tea/lemonade for lunch.  She said “we can do that for you.”  I was blown away! I really didn’t expect her to even offer! The meals were on-time, beautifully displayed and set up exactly the way I imagined.

The chef… Brandon, right? He and his prep cooks did a fantastic job with the food. We had the Italian buffet for lunch and it not only tasted great, but was displayed well. The breakfast buffet was fresh and ‘just right’.

The wait staff bussed our tables, keeping all the water pitchers full, the china cleared and did a fantastic job keeping the beverage station (coffee and soft drinks) well stocked. I didn’t have to ask for a thing!

Thank you for taking care to assure that we had sufficient food and making it affordable for us to do so. I was a little worried that I hadn’t planned that portions well and, after getting Jodie’s call, I felt at ease that we would have more than enough.

You should be very proud of your staff! It could not have been better! We look forward to working with you again… soon!”

Our wedding was January 30th 2016. It was absolutely perfect! The staff were wonderful and helpful to our guests. The food was amazing, we got a to-go box to take home so we got to enjoy twice! The whole process was of planning was very easy. Emails were replied to quickly and all questions were answered. I have zero complaints, it was worth every penny to us!

Amazing job by everyone there! We had a luncheon after the ceremony and the reception there with food also provided by Red Rock. Amazing food, amazing staff, and the coordinator there was incredible! When a drink splashed into my wife’s dress, she personally cleaned the spill off. On top of never having to worry about anything, they made for a great location. We still get comments about how great they were to host our large reception.

“The Glover Mansion has held a special place in the hearts of the extended Mallon family ever since Gary and I got married there in 1979.  Gary and I have many wonderful memories of that day so long ago, and it’s been very exciting for us to be able to include the Glover Mansion and Red Rock Catering in the weddings of both of our children, Sean and Colleen.

Colleen married Richard Fox at the Fox Theatre (of course!) in May, 2011.  We had the pleasure of working with Kellie and her staff in planning all aspects of the wedding reception – this was our first big wedding, and we could not have been more pleased.  We’d been told by so many people about how nerve-wracking the whole process was, but our experience was exactly the opposite – we were very excited, and had a lot of fun, and were able to approach the big day having every confidence that things would go perfectly, which they did!

Sean married Kaitlin Kardong this past October, and it was a foregone conclusion that we would have the rehearsal dinner at the Glover Mansion.  Again, Kellie and her staff provided outstanding service in planning this event, and the rehearsal dinner was a huge success.  It was very special for us to be able to return to the Mansion and host an event there for our kids, families, and many friends – we got rave reviews from everyone and again, could not have been happier.

There are many things that factor into the great experiences that we’ve had, but one of the key things is the sense of graciousness and competence displayed by Kellie and her staff.  We found them so easy to work with and were able to truly enjoy planning both events, which is such an important component of these very special times.  In addition, all of the services provided were outstanding and everything from the atmosphere, appetizers and dinner, drinks, etc. could not have been any better.

Our entire family would highly recommend the Glover Mansion and Red Rock Catering to anyone seeking to schedule a special event.”

We had the most beautiful wedding last night at the Glover Mansion! Scott and Rebecca couldn’t have been happier. They were so accommodating and catered to us like rock stars! Last Tuesday, our Compass Club thoroughly enjoyed luncheon at the Glover Mansion.  Everyone has raved about the quality of service and the food served by your fabulous chef.  I’m a darn good cook, if I do say so myself and in my opinion, it was THE best we’ve had in many a year.

As a retired Marine officer I was impressed by Kellie’s attention to detail in planning, coordination  and execution of the event.  The buffet received many compliments as well the set-up, flowers, etc.  Your entire staff was friendly, patient and accommodating. I also appreciate the transparency with your pricing and billing arrangements.
